Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Request an Estimate

What should I send for an initial review?

Send photos or video, the rooms or exterior areas involved, rough dimensions if available, your goals, preferred timing, and any known material selections.

Do you coordinate plumbing and electrical work?

Peakstone can coordinate the project scope. Regulated plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is assigned to appropriately licensed trade professionals where required.

Do you provide a written estimate?

Yes. The estimate is based on the reviewed scope, access, materials, preparation, required trades, and assumptions. Larger projects may require a site visit before final pricing.

Can you handle several rooms in one project?

Yes. Multi-room and whole-home projects are planned around sequencing, access, material decisions, trade coordination, and maintaining a usable home where possible.

How are changes handled after work begins?

Changes are reviewed before the additional work proceeds. The scope, price, and schedule effect should be documented so both sides understand the decision.
