My name is David Semenov, and I am the founder and owner of Peakstone LLC.

I grew up in a family of builders. My father has more than 50 years of experience in construction, and from an early age I learned from him the importance of craftsmanship, discipline, and responsibility for the final result. Together with my brothers, we spent our childhood learning the trade hands-on, developing skills over time and gaining experience that can’t be taught from books.

Today, we work as a team. My brothers and my father are involved in the growth of the company, and each of us understands that construction is not just a job — it’s trust. Our clients invite us into their homes, and we treat that responsibility with seriousness and respect.

We are a large family, which you can see in the photo. But what truly matters are the values we share: respect for personal space, attention to detail, and a thoughtful, careful approach to every project.
